Hudson Square - Printing District becoming Residential
Ideally situated next to the West Village, Tribeca, and Soho, Hudson Square is undergoing a massive revitalization since the zoning in the area was changed from industrial to residential and commercial. Google and Disney are both moving their headquarters here and galleries, restaurants, hotels, and markets have been popping up all over. There are several new developments in the immediate area and as soon as they are complete and fully occupied the area will completely change and property values will increase greatly.
